Daniel S. Topper

Mr. Topper has many years experience in M&A, and prior to joining Goodrich he held Senior Level positions with MacDonald & Co., Litton Industries, and Translink International where he managed the New York office.
In addition to spearheading corporate growth for the Business Equipment Group of Litton Industries, Mr. Topper has successfully consummated transactions with Sara Lee Corporation, Loctite Corporation, Campbell Soup, Sun Healthcare, Revlon, Olsten and a host of other large and mid cap companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance, a Juris Doctor in Law, and is a member of the New York Bar.
