Darius C. Brooks

Mr. Brooks is a graduate of Stanford's Graduate School of Business (M.B.A., 1999) and Stanford University (B.S., M.S., Civil Engineering, 1993).
After graduation from Stanford University in 1993, Mr. Brooks served as a financial analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at CS First Boston in New York, where he focused on financial analysis of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public and private financings, and other corporate transactions.
From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Brooks was an investment professional at Thomas H.
Lee Company, a $12 billion leveraged buyout firm based in Boston.
While at Thomas H.
Lee Company, Mr. Brooks invested in a variety of growth buyout transactions, primarily in the consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services and media industries.
After graduation from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business in 1999, Mr. Brooks served as co-founder of WiredCapital, Inc., a Mountain View, CA based financial services technology company that was subsequently acquired by a leading competitor.
In 2001, Mr. Brooks returned to New York to join former co-workers from Thomas H.
Lee Company in founding Arsenal Capital Partners.
As an investment professional at Arsenal Capital Partners, Mr. Brooks helped raise and build the $300 million fund and was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing middle market growth and productivity buyouts.
In 2003, Mr. Brooks joined Fox Paine.
