David Martin

Mr. Martin joined Lake Capital in 2008.
Most recently, he was a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he was involved in projects addressing corporate strategy, organization, go-to-market strategies, sales force effectiveness, acquisition integration, and cost management in a number of industries.
Previously, he was an associate at Kinsman Capital, a middle-market private equity firm.
There he sourced and evaluated investment opportunities, led due diligence, structured transactions, negotiated transaction and financing agreements, and managed portfolio company investments.
Before joining Kinsman, he was an analyst at Harvey & Company, a boutique merchant bank serving primarily private equity clients.
Mr. Martin received an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA in economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
