David Matusow

Mr. Matusow is a Senior Operations Advisor of Shackleton Equity Partners.
Mr. Matusow assists us in evaluation opportunities in the technology hardware and software industries.
He participates in conducting financial, operational and industry due diligence.
Mr. Matusow has also worked on several technical acquisition teams, as well as the creation of a wholly owned corporation for a major manufacturer.
He has done fiscal analysis to ensure a rational decision making process is in place and that finances are properly managed.
This work required working with CFO, EVP, and CEO offices to ensure due diligence.
