David Rosenberg

Mr. David Rosenberg is a Managing Director and member of Lexden Capital's Executive Management team.
He has nearly 20 years experience in commercial real estate finance.
Prior to joining Lexden, he was with the Juster Group, specializing in private capital debt origination and equity investing.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers in their Global Real Estate Group in New York where he worked from 1998 to 2008.
At Lehman, Mr. Rosenberg originated in excess of $2.5 billion of senior loans, b-notes, and mezzanine loans.
He was responsible for originating, structuring, managing credit underwriting and closing, over 300 transactions, across all property types on a national footprint.
He has an extensive network of clients that include major national and regional mortgage banker/broker companies as well as prominent property owners/developers.
Prior to Lehman, he worked in the real estate division at Chase Manhattan Bank where his responsibilities included asset evaluation and disposition of its non-performing loans as well as new loan origination and underwriting.
He began his career at Integrated Resources where he held several progressive positions culminating with that of Asset Manager for their commercial real estate portfolio in the northeast region.
Mr. Rosenberg received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University.
