David W. Haueter

Mr. Haueter is a principal analyst in Gartner Dataquest, where he is part of the North America program of the Digital Document and Imaging group.
He provides critical information and analysis on developing technologies and trends within the consumer digital imaging market for digital cameras, inkjet printers, inkjet all-in-ones and fax machines.
In addition to his work with Gartner, Mr. Haueter is a freelance journalist, with articles and photos published in several periodicals.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Haueter spent more than five years at Sharp Electronics Corporation, most recently as a product marketing manager.
His previous experience includes seven years at Xerox Corporation in various sales and marketing positions.
Mr. Haueter has a bachelor of arts degree in English from Nyack College and an M.B.A.
in marketing from Pace University.
