Mr. Donald J.

Prior to joining Sara Lee in 1991, he was President of Playtex Apparel and a Partner in the leveraged buyout of that corporation.
Sara Lee acquired Playtex Apparel in 1991, and Mr. Franceschini was named Chief Executive Officer of Playtex Apparel.

Mr. Franceschini earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and his MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia.
