HPB Real dd was a closed-end investment fund engaging in the provision of real estate investments. The company was founded on May 14, 2008 and was headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.

Volksbank dd was founded in March 1997 as a fully authorized Croatian bank, owned by Österreichische Volksbanken Aktiengesellschaft (ÖVAG) of Vienna, a bank with a 100-year long tradition and member of the Austrian Volksbanken network.
