Krung Thai Asset Management Public Co., Ltd. (KTAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Krung Thai Bank Public Co., Ltd. (BKK: KTB) in Thailand. Founded in 1996 as FBCB Asset Management Co. Ltd., the firm became Krung Thai Asset Management Co. Ltd. in 2001 and changed their name to Krung Thai Asset Management Public Co. Ltd. in 2002. Headquartered in Bangkok, KTAM manages mutual funds, private funds, property funds and provident funds and provides services to institutions, organizations and large state companies.

Finansa Asset Management Ltd. (FAM) is the Thai fund management subsidiary of Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFG) in the US. The firm was founded in 1969 and formerly known as BFIT Asset Management. In 2002 all asset management businesses were combined under a new subsidiary, BFIT Asset Management Co., Ltd. (BFITAM). Through a strategic growth plan, BFITAM was acquired by the Finansa Group in January 2005 and renamed itself Finansa Asset Management Ltd. Headquartered in Bangkok, FAM engages in all three main types of asset management services: mutual funds, provident funds, private funds as well as financial planning services.
