Ed Engoron

Mr. Ed Engoron is Senior Advisor at Modab Venture Group, Inc. He entered the field of restaurant design and operations in 1969 as a partner in The Warehouse Restaurant in Marina del Rey, California.
In 1970, he joined Lawry's Foods, Inc. as Director of Marketing and Design.
He was Executive Vice President for TGI Friday's and Founder and President of The Customs House Restaurants, Fanny's Fish Markets, The Fish Markets, The Palm Grill, The China Rose and Sweet Deceit and Choclatique...
all unique and distinctly different concepts.
Mr. Engoron is currently President of PERSPECTIVES The Consulting Group, Inc., a company that specializes in concept and product development and strategic planning for the food and hospitality industries.
He is responsible for the company's culinary, operations and design services, and leads the firm's new concept development programs.
He is a frequent guest speaker and columnist, and a contributor to Fox News.
Mr. Engoron has hosted radio and television talk, food and cooking shows in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, San Diego and Dallas.
He also co-hosted The Super Foodie, a nationally syndicated radio show.
He has authored a cookbook, Stolen Secrets, and as Co-Founder of Choclatique, he is currently completing his second book, Ed Engoron's Choclatique, due out 2011 from Running Press.
Mr. Engoron has traveled to 131 countries throughout the world and is active in the Society of Motion Picture and Television Art Directors (SMPAD).
He has served as a member of the Board of Governors, Los Angeles County Arboreta and Botanic Gardens as well as County Commissioner, Marin County, Chairman Fine Arts Commission.
He was also presented the San Mateo County First Citizen Award.
