Esther Teo

Ms. Esther Teo, CFA, is a Head of Fixed Income at AHAM Asset Management Bhd.
She has over 10 years investment experience in managing both institutional and unit trust funds.
Prior to joining Affin Hwang, Ms. Teo was a Portfolio Manager with Hwang Investment Management Berhad and was responsible for managing the fixed income investment of corporate clients and unit trust funds.
Prior to this, she was attached to the fixed income division of RHB Asset Management Sdn.
Bhd.
covering both institutional and unit trust mandates for three years.
She began her career in KPMG Malaysia as a Consultant in financial advisory services specializing in corporate debt restructuring and recovery.
Ms. Teo graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
