Mr. Florent P.
Josset is Global Head of Capital Introductions & Fund Distribution at Nomura International Plc.
He joined Nomura in September 2010 and was the Founder & Managing Partner of Hadwin Garrick Capital Partners LLP.
Until the end of 2007, he oversaw JP Morgan's alternative investment product management and structured syndicate effort.
Prior to October 2005, he was the Director of Hedge Fund Derivatives Structuring for Global Equity Derivatives at Deutsche Bank.
His previous experiences include Director of Fund-Linked Products at Ixis Corporate and Investment Bank London Branch (now Natixis) and various other positions in the derivatives and structured products business areas of Ixis in both Paris and New York.
Mr. Josset holds a post-graduate degree in Financial Engineering and Corporate Finance and a Master's Degree in Management majoring in Finance and Foreign Trade.
