Prior to Graham Partners, Mr. Novak spent most of his career in executive positions with aerospace, industrial and automotive-related manufacturing companies, most recently serving as President and CEO of Stellex Monitor Aerospace, Inc. and Stellex Precision Machining, Inc. Prior to joining Stellex, he held management positions at The Pullman Company, Coltec Industries, BBC Brown Boveri, Envirotech and Alcoa.

in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
