Frank Janos

Mr. Janos brings over twenty-two years of experience in the real estate and construction industries as well as a vast knowledge of real estate, property management, and financial operations to his role as president of operations and construction management.
At Antares, Mr. Janos’ responsibilities include coordinating the planning and management of construction projects, including preconstruction services, budgeting, contractor selection and sourcing, project closeouts, and contractor/owner relationship management.
Mr. Janos’ expertise extends beyond construction administration and includes management of financial operations, including accounting, management information systems, risk management, and human resources for Antares.
He has played a key role in the success of several large-scale projects including The Chatham, Grand Beekman, MTA Revenue Facility, Scholastic Headquarters, and NYU hospitals.
Prior to joining Antares, Mr. Janos was senior vice president and chief financial officer of HRH Construction and Starrett Corporation.
Before his tenure at HRH and Starrett, Mr. Janos held management positions with GE and Citicorp.
Mr. Janos was born and raised in Tarrytown, New York before earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Pace University.
He then earned his MBA from Long Island University.
Mr. Janos resides in Briarcliff Manor, New York with his wife.
