Samoro is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center Butuan Inc. She is also a Director & Founding Member of Acemc Bacolod, a Director of Tagum Global Medical Center, and a Director of Healthlink Iloilo, Inc. Additionally, she is the President-Panay Chapter of the Philippine OB-Gyne Society and a Vice President-Marketing & Member of Asia Pacific Medical Center - Iloilo, Inc. She is also a Founding Member of Acemc Aklan and was previously the Head-OPD Section of West Visayas State University Medical Center and the Chief Operating Officer of Md Check Iloilo, Inc. She obtained an undergraduate degree from West Visayas State University.
