Mr. Childs joined Pequot in 2005 and he advises Pequot Ventures and its portfolio companies on legal matters.
Previously, George was counsel and a member of the private equity group at O'Melveny & Myers, where he specialized in representing private equity funds in all stages of the investment process.
Prior to joining O'Melveny, George was an associate in the private equity group of O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell, which merged with O'Melveny in 2002.
Mr. Childs graduated from Georgetown University with an A.B.
in History and Spanish, magna cum laude.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, also at Georgetown.
