Henry Cheung

Mr. Cheung is a Director of Asset Management, responsible for our Retail and Commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Cheung was the Director of Asset Management with Nan Fung Group for over two years, responsible for the Group’s retail and commercial asset portfolio in Mainland China.
Prior to that, Mr. Cheung worked at Hang Lung Group for 30 years.
He was the Assistant Director of Leasing and Management, overall in charge of the Group’s entire Hong Kong investment portfolio, consisting of diversified property asset of over 7 million square feet as well as two major commercial assets in Shanghai and Shenyang of Mainland China.
Mr. Cheung has an impressive list of accomplished projects over his 37 years of industry experience.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Victoria, Canada and an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University, USA.
