Ilisa Kiel

Ms. Kiel began her career at American Savings & Loan Association as a branch employee.
Over the course of her 15 years with the bank, she progressed into an Operations Specialist, where she was responsible for the compliance of over 60 branches.
This role also included authoring bank policies and procedures, training, public speaking, auditing, quality control and a strong knowledge of banking regulations.
Subsequent to that, Ms. Kiel was the Office Manager for a nation-wide, multi-million dollar corporation with both company-owned and franchised operations.
Prior to joining Community Capital Management, Ms Kiel worked for one of the nation’s largest east coast commercial banking institutions where she maintained a leadership role in sales, customer service, operations and compliance.
Ms. Kiel graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology.
