Mr. Ross has been associated with Morgan Stanley in an investment management capacity since August 1980.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was a portfolio manager with Hutton Investment Management.
Previously, Mr. Ross was senior vice president and vice chairman of the Investment Committee of the Anchor Group of Mutual Funds.
Before that, he was an economist with Lehman Brothers and the Federal Reserve System.
He received an M.A.
in economics from the University of Nebraska and a B.A.
in business administration and economics from Guilford College.
