Mr. Clifton was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Bimini Capital Management.
From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Clifton served as an Assistant Counsel at PPG Industries, Inc. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Clifton was an Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP.
He received a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, an MBA in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt and a BS in Accounting from The University of the State of New York, Regents College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
