J. Dirk Vos

Mr. Vos serves on the boards of several privately held companies and not for profit organizations.
Mr. Vos has had a long and notable career in corporate finance and banking.
In his over three decades with First Chicago, he held senior management positions in corporate and merchant banking in Switzerland, Singapore and three locations in the U.S.
At Bank One Corporation, the successor to First Chicago, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Treasury Management Services.
Mr. Vos earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BSBA in Economics from Northwestern University.
