He was President of Fuel Frontiers, Inc. until July 23, 2008.
Mr. Young was a Member of the Reagan Administration Transition Team and the Rickover nuclear power program.
He was Acting United States Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the Commission to Study Alternatives to the Panama Canal from 1987 to 2001.
Mr. Young was Vice Chairman of Holifield Exploration Corp.
and President of the Computer Systems Group from 1988 to 1994 and President of International Energy Associates Ltd.
from 1975 to 1986 and Commissioner of Public Services Administration of the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare from 1973 to 1975.
He was President-Computer Systems Group of Computer Science Corp.
from 1971 to 1973 and Chairman and President of Time Sharing Terminals, Inc. from 1968 to 1971 and Vice President of NUS Corporation from 1961 to 1968.
Mr. Young graduated from the US Naval Academy.
