Mullins, CFA, is a President & Chief Investment Officer at D.

Carlson Investment Group, Inc. He is directly responsible for the day to day operations at DLC and oversees all client portfolios as CIO, having joined DLC in 2001.
He has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry.
He previously worked at Travelers Insurance Company and Paine Webber/UBS.
He was formerly on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of the Circle Program and is a former Trustee of Canterbury Shaker Village.
He earned a B.S.
in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and also has his Juris Doctor from Western New England College.
He is currently a member of the Finance Committee at the VNA in Concord and the Investment Committee for First Church of Hopkinton NH.
