Jeffrey Margolis

Prior to joining the TIAA-CREF organization in 2004, Mr. Margolis most recently served as head of the global institutional business at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Earlier, he headed that firm's intermediary distribution business and developed its insurance asset management business.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Margolis was chief operating officer and head of Investment Policy and Strategy at Continental Asset Management, where he directed business development, client management, finance and strategic planning, among other duties.
A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Margolis also earned an M.B.A.
from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
He is holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
