Jo Ann Bowman

Jo Ann Bowman is Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Chemonics International, Inc. and oversees recruitment, personnel systems, training and contract management.
She joined Chemonics in 1982 and has managed projects in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.
Prior to her career with Chemonics, she worked as a grassroots Organizer for a neighborhood project in Maryland and went on to manage professional relations for a Washington, D.C., agribusiness firm.
