Joanne Ferrari

Ms. Joanne Ferrari is Senior Managing Director at Weeden & Co. LP.
Prior to joining Weeden in 1997, Ms. Ferrari was employed by the New York Stock Exchange as an Examiner within the Market Regulation Group.
At the NYSE, her responsibilities included evaluating member firm’s internal control procedures, net capital computations and customer protection in order to ensure compliance with requirements of the NYSE and SEC.
Ms. Ferrari joined Weeden in 1997 as the Compliance Manager within the Compliance Department, assisting the Chief Compliance Officer with day to day compliance functions.
In 2009 she was named a Managing Director of Weeden and in 2010 she became a member of the Firm’s Senior Management Committee.
Ms. Ferrari serves as a member of the National Securities Compliance Professionals and the Midtown Regulatory Group.
She has her B.S.
degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and holds various securities licenses.
