Johnston is Client Services Administrator & Receptionist at Brickburn Asset Management, Inc. and Client Services Administrator at BT Energy Holdings Ltd.
Prior to joining BT Energy Holdings in 2006, Ms. Johnston worked at international skincare company, Lancome, as a beauty advisor.
In 2004, she brought her enthusiasm, imagination and organizational savvy to the Brickburn team when she joined the company as a Client Services Administrator.
Growing with Brickburn over the past four years, she is now responsible for the Private Client account enquiries, client communications, and client quarterly report preparation.
She provides administrative support for the Brickburn Portfolio Managers which includes handling custodial issues, account documentation, and client meetings.
She coordinates the proxy material that arrives from various portfolio investments, ensuring that the materials are read by the Portfolio Managers, their voting preferences are determined, and the votes are duly recorded via the proxy voting system.
She provides technical assistance for internal and external presentations.
In addition to this, Ms. Johnston is the assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer and supports her colleagues when time sensitive projects arise that need extra assistance, such as report mailings or presentations.
