John F.
Prange has been Vice President of Human Resources for Christopher & Banks Corp.
since October 2000.
He was Vice President of Human Resources for Miles Kimball from January 1998 to October 2000 and Director of Human Resources from November 1994 to January 1998.
From April 1993 to November 1994, Mr. Prange was Regional Manager of Human Resources for Hillhaven Corporation.
He was Vice President of Prange's Department Stores from May 1989 to September 1992 and Director of Human Resources from February 1987 to May 1989.
From July 1981 to February 1987, Mr. Prange held various store management and human resource positions at H.C.
Prange Company.
