John L. Obering

Mr. Obering was with Petrie Parkman & Co., a Denver, Colorado-based privately held investment bank specializing in the energy industry with a particular focus on exploration and production companies.
As a senior Institutional Salesman, Mr. Obering's primary responsibility was as an advisor to Petrie Parkman's hedge and mutual fund clients in regards to their investments in the energy sector.
Previously, he was a Financial Analyst with the boutique investment bank Fay, Richwhite & Co., in Sydney, Australia.
As an analyst with Fay, Richwhite, he focused on evaluating investment opportunities throughout the energy industry.
Mr. Obering received his B.A.
in economics from Vanderbilt University.
