From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Sweemer was a founding member of Nassau Capital LLC, a firm devoted exclusively to the management of Princeton University's private assets.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Sweemer served as vice president of the Princeton University Investment Company, responsible for managing outside advisors in all asset categories, and from 1989 to 1992, Mr. Sweemer was an investment officer for the endowment and the retirement plans at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
At both MIT and Princeton, he led the venture capital and private equity partnership investment portfolios.
Most recently, Mr. Sweemer founded and is managing SPS Global Investors, L.P., a firm established to manage globally diversified investment portfolios with an emphasis on risk management.

in Physics from Miami University and an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago with a specialization in finance.
He has served as a captain in the U.S.
Air Force, flying fighter aircraft in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
