Mr. Joshua J.
Lozner is a Managing Director at CBA Mezzanine Capital Holdings LLC.
Prior to joining CBA Mezzanine in June 2005, Mr. Lozner served as a commercial real estate and bank finance Associate at Stites & Harbison, PLLC for approximately two years where he represented conduit lenders in connection with closing CMBS loans on all commercial property types.
While at Stites & Harbison, in addition to his conduit activities, he also was involved in transacting mezzanine, A/B loans, preferred equity and other complex loan structures.
Before joining Stites & Harbison, he was a corporate and capital markets Associate for three years at Dewey Ballantine LLP.
Mr. Lozner graduated with his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and holds a Juris Doctorate from the Boston University School of Law.
He is a member of the Association of the Bar of New York and Kentucky, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Louisville Bar Association.
