Jürg Bretscher

Mr. Jürg Bretscher is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Vontobel Asset Management AG.
Mr. Bretscher joined Vontobel Asset Management in 2000.
He is Senior Portfolio Manager for Swiss Franc bond funds and mandates.
In 1998, Mr. Bretscher joined Allianz Asset Management AG, managing various Swiss Franc fixed income mandates.
Before this, he worked at Bank von Ernst & Cie in the Capital Markets Department, wherein in 1988, he assumed responsibility for the Trading of Swiss Franc bonds in that department.
He worked at Credit Suisse until 1985, when he completed a commercial apprenticeship.
Mr. Bretscher is a Federal Certified Bank Expert and owns a Federal Diploma in Finance and Investments (AZEK).
