Kagiso Monyai

Kagiso joined AIIM in 2023 as an Investment Associate focusing on the IDEAS Fund.
Kagiso’s role includes driving the valuations process for the fund, as well as the execution, realisation and performance monitoring of investments across all infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining AIIM, Kagiso worked as a Senior Consultant at CAPIC in the Project Finance and Modelling division where he focused on Financial Modelling for project finance transactions, focusing on renewable energy.
Kagiso has been involved in several rounds of the South African REIPPP program and private C&I renewable energy projects.
Kagiso holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Johannesburg and is a CFA charter holder
