Karl L. Blaha

Mr. Karl L.
Blaha is Vice President at Brookwood Financial Partners LP.
He has over forty years of experience in many facets of commercial real estate, including corporate management, property management, financing and acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Brookwood, he had served as President of two real estate investment companies, American Realty Trust, Inc. and Transcontinental Realty Trust, Inc., both of which were listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
He also was President of Realty Advisors Korea, which had sponsored one of the most successful real estate investment trusts in Korea.
Mr. Blaha had been a partner of Winthrop Financial Associates, a major sponsor of real estate investment vehicles, Mr. Blaha is a graduate of Fordham University in New York and is a U.S.
Army veteran.
