Kaushik Mohan

Kaushik Mohan is an Investment Director, based in the Singapore office.
Kaushik has over 10 years of experience as a management consultant at L.E.K.
Consulting and at The Parthenon Group (now Parthenon-EY).
Prior to joining EMK, Kaushik was a Partner at L.E.K.
Consulting and a founding member of L.E.K.’s Education Practice and prior to that, a founding member of Parthenon’s Education Centre of Excellence.
He has advised private equity funds, investors, and portfolio companies on identifying investment opportunities, buy and sell-side diligences, post-acquisition strategy development, market entry strategy, growth strategy, pricing, performance optimisation and profit improvement.
Kaushik holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Kaushik’s interests include motorsport, running, and Eastern Philosophy.
