Founded in 2007 as Prime Rate Capital Management LLP, the firm was acquired by subsidiaries of FHI in 2012 and changed their name to Federated Prime Rate Capital Management LLP. In 2013 the firm changed its name to Federated Investors (UK) LLP, and in 2020 they became Federated Hermes (UK) LLP. Headquartered in London, Federated Hermes UK provides investment supervisory services and other services in connection with Investment Companies, Pooled Investment Vehicles, and Proprietary Accounts.
