Konstantin Behr

Konstantin is the Chief of Staff at Founders Factory Africa, supporting the senior management team with operations, strategy, and growth.
For the last few years, Konstantin has been actively involved in the African VC and startup ecosystem, There he believes to have found his passion, being able to combine his interest in tech and finance with an overall purpose-driven mindset.Konstantin started his journey at GreenTec Capital Partners, Germany's leading Africa-focused investor.
There he helped to source and venture-build several high-growth African startups.
Inspired by the many entrepreneurs he worked with, Konstantin then decided to embark on the journey himself, becoming a founding member at Satgana, a ClimateTech VC focusing on empowering impact-driven founders in Europe and Africa.
Before joining FFA, Konstantin was a summer analyst at the Nairobi-based VC AHL, while finishing his Master's Degree in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics.
