Konstantin Khamlai

Mr. Konstantin Khamlai is Vice President of Industrial Investors LLC.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Agromashholding in Moscow.
Between 2002 and 2003 Mr. Khamlai held the position of First Vice President of the Agency for Investments and Development in the Fuel and Energy Sector.
Between 2000 and 2002 he was First Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of Rosuglesbyt in Moscow.
Mr. Khamlai worked in the Ministry of Fuel and Energy between 1998 and 1999, initially as an Advisor to the Minister and subsequently as the Deputy Chairman of the Coal Industry Committee for Economics and Finance.
Between 1996 and 1998 he was Chairman of the Managing Board of the Inter-Sectoral Commercial Bank Don-Teks-Bank (Rostov Oblast).
Between 1985 and 1996 he worked in various positions in Rostov Oblast coal enterprises.
Mr. Khamlai holds a degree in Economic Sciences.
