Laurence Méhaignerie

Laurence co-founded Citizen Capital with Pierre-Olivier in 2008.
She now oversees policy and impact management, client development, public affairs and communications.
Laurence serves on the investment committee of all Citizen funds and plays a key role in driving the strategic growth of the company.
Laurence has played a leading role in the growth of the impact investing sector in France.
She is the co-founder and vice-president of the Community of companies with a mission , the reference association for companies with a mission (legal framework since the Pacte Law), launched in 2018.
She has 20 years of experience in the field of impact and CSR.
She played a key role in promoting diversity in France: research manager within the Institut Montaigne “think tank”, co-author of the report “The Forgotten of Equal Opportunities” in 2004, co- author and at the initiative of the Diversity Charter in October 2004 (initially signed by 35 CEOs of large groups).
She was an advisor to the French ministry in charge of equal opportunities in 2005-2006.
Laurence is Franco-American.
