Lessa E. O'Dell

Greenwood Capital Associates LLC (GCA) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Greenwood, South Carolina. The firm was founded by William (Bill) Allin in 2001, at which time they acquired substantially all of the assets of Greenwood Capital Associates, Inc., an independent registered investment advisor formed in 1983. The firm is principally owned by TCB Corp., which acquired a majority ownership interest of the firm in 2008. GCA provides investment management services to individuals and high net-worth individuals, banks and thrift institutions, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable organizations, corporations or other business entities, state or municipal government entities, and other investment advisors.
