Lois Lake

Ms. Lake joined Republic Financial Corporation (Republic) in 2003.
She is responsible for monitoring and supporting aircraft maintenance reserve related activity including work scope negotiation and approvals, funds collection status and invoice management.
She also supports post closing management and tracking contract performance obligations.
Ms. Lake has extensive experience as a transaction paralegal with corporations across multiple industries including AT&T Broadband, MediaOne Group, Inc., and US WEST, Inc. She was involved in the sale of numerous rural telephone exchanges, the acquisition of Continental Cablevision, the spin-off of MediaOne Group, Inc. the merger with AT&T Broadband and the sale of AT&T’s cable division to Comcast Corporation.
In addition to graduating Phi Theta Kappa with an A.A.S.
Legal Assistant degree from Arapahoe Community College, Ms. Lake has taken several continuing legal education courses in the areas of Uniform Commercial Code, Corporate Securities Law and Venture Capital Financing.
She was named 1996 Paralegal of the Year by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in a nationwide contest.
