Mary Bevelock

Prior to joining Globespan in 2003, Ms. Bevelock was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at JAFCO Ventures.
Ms. Bevelock served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Pretzel Logic Software, a venture-backed software company.
There, she negotiated and coordinated approximately $15 million in debt and private equity financing.
Before joining JAFCO Ventures, Ms. Bevelock was the Managing Director in the Boston office of cyberCFO.
She managed daily operations, client service delivery and business development in the Boston area.
Earlier, Ms. Bevelock was Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Entrepreneurial Services Center, where she advised venture-backed and newly public companies on navigating the financial and operational challenges of growth.
She managed the firm's relationship with a number of technology-based companies, including Allaire, Cerulean, Chipcom, edocs, FORE Systems, and Wellfleet.
Ms. Bevelock earned her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
She is a CPA.
Ms. Bevelock lives in Dover, MA and enjoys traveling, cooking and reading.
