Matthew Kuchinsky

Matthew Kuchinsky joined Whitehorse in 2020 and has eight years of experience.
Matthew began his career at Torys LLP, a leading Canadian law firm, where he practiced corporate law with a focus on private equity.
Matthew advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including fund formations, fund investments, capital raising, acquisitions, divestitures, co-investments and structuring.
Prior to joining Whitehorse, Matthew was in-house legal counsel for The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company where he worked on both fund and direct transactions across various industries.
Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia, Faculty of Commerce.
He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
