Maxwell Perrino

Max joined Norwest in 2022 as Associate General Counsel.
In this role, he works closely with Norwest investment professionals, co-investors, board members, and portfolio company founders and CEOs on a wide variety of legal activities across Norwest’s global fund.
Prior to joining Norwest, Max worked at Specialized as Commercial Counsel where he focused on domestic and international strategic M&A, most notably involving an industry consolidation and direct to consumer initiative to acquire independent bike retailers around the world.
Prior to Specialized, Max was an associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges practicing M&A with a focus on Private Equity transactions, SPACs and Growth Equity Investments.
Max received a J.D.
from UC Berkeley School of Law.
He also holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
Max is a member of the State Bar of California.
