Ms. Meilan Gan is in charge of deal sourcing and structure, investment analysis and negotiation for Prax Capital's real estate projects.
She has over thirteen years of experience in real estate banking, structured finance and direct property development in China.
Prior to joining Prax, Ms. Gan had 6 years experience in large scale mixed-use and residential development projects with leading Chinese developers.
Previously, Ms. Gan held senior positions with Deutsche Bank in Germany, WestLB and LBBW in Hong Kong where she was responsible for structured real estate financing transactions covering the major Hong Kong developers and their investment activities in China.
Ms. Gan is a native of China and holds a BA from Wuhan University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School in Australia.
