Michael Gill

Dipl.-Ing.
Mechanical Engineering, University of Hannover (Germany) and MBA, University of South Carolina, Columbia (USA) Michael Gill started his professional career as project manager for mid-size consulting company Wiegershaus GmbH in Cologne.
In this role he conducted numerous projects with an organizational and strategic focus for clients in Germany and Switzerland, emphasizing an implementation-oriented, hands-on consulting approach.
Subsequently he joined the private equity division of IKB in Dusseldorf, a bank dedicated to finance the German “Mittelstand”.
His responsibilities covered dealsourcing, as well as monitoring and exit processes.
He gained professional experience with direct and mezzanine investments in a variety of industries, such as automotive, manufacturing and consumer goods.
Michael Gill joined CGS in 2008.
