Mike Jakeman

Mr. Mike Jakeman is a Senior Economist at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
He is part of the firm's economics practice, where he analyses developments in the UK and global economies for clients and the media.
He contributes to PwC's flagship UK Economic Outlook and Global Economy Watch publications and advises on a range of macroeconomic consultancy projects.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Jakeman was US and global economist at the Economist Intelligence Unit, where he supervised the forecasts of the company's country analysts, as well as establishing its position on North American politics and economics.
He also spent five years forecasting economies in South-East Asia and Australasia.
He has studied English at Oxford University and Economics at the University of London.
