Muhammad Patel

Muhammad joined AIIM as an Investment Associate in 2023.
He forms part of the SADC investment team involved in structuring equity investment opportunities in infrastructure assets as well as the ongoing management of existing investments in the fund portfolios.
Prior to joining AIIM, Muhammad worked at Nedbank CIB, primarily looking at project-financed infrastructure deals in Southern and West Africa.
In addition, he spent eight years working across multi-national engineering and management consultancies in South Africa.
Muhammad holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch and a Bachelor’s from Wits University.
