QNB Finans Portföy Yönetimi AS (QNB Finans Portföy) is the Turkish asset management subsidiary of QNB Finansbank AS, which is ultimately held by government-owned Qatar Investment Authority. Headquartered in Istanbul, the firm was founded in 2000 and manages mutual and closed-end funds, pension funds as well as exchange-traded funds domiciled in Turkey. They were instrumental in the creation of the ETF infrastructure in Turkey. QNB Finans Portföy also manages discretionary portfolios for both domestic and foreign high net-worth private individuals, corporate clients and institutions including foundations and insurance companies.
