Naoko Wakatabe

Ms. Naoko Wakatabe is a Manager at Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd.
She has been engaged in real estate investment advisory business of Global Alliance Realty for institutional investors since July 2016.
Previously, Ms. Wakatabe belonged to the REIT Management Department, beginning in April 2012, in charge of overall asset management of large-scale office buildings held by Global One Real Estate Investment Corporation.
Previously she had been also involved in real estate investment advisory business of GAR since April 2003.
She began her career at The Sumitomo Bank, Limited (currently, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), mainly involved in asset management consulting operations, etc.
for individuals.
Ms. Wakatabe joined GAR in 2003 after working at a financial consulting company.
